We value time and with our online synchronizing technology our i-Atomic watch can bring the accuracy of the watch within 1 millisecond, giving you a chance to be the master of your own time.
What are the mission/philosophy of the company? The mission of our company is to offer the world accurate watches integrated with the most advanced online synchronizing technology. We dedicate ourselves to making precision management accessible to everyone who pursues perfection in time control. The philosophy of our company is "Engineer of time". If I travel overseas, can I use my watch? Yes. You can use our watch wherever you are. As long as a mobile device or computer is available to you, you can get the most accurate local time through Internet servers. Even if you temporarily have no access to Internet, the watch will still synchronize itself to the Internet time. In this case, the watch will still be accurate, but without the guarantee of the accuracy up to one millisecond.
Do I need to adjust the date and month of my watch? No. The watch adjusts itself automatically when it synchronizes with online servers. Even in a leap year, the watch can adjust itself properly. Shipping CostsWhat are the shipping costs?

What are the custom and import tax charges? - AtomTime is not responsible for the custom and import tax charges. Once the watches reach the destination, receivers should take full responsibility of the relevant pay. As we are not involved in the process of transportation, we are sorry to inform you that the cost prediction is beyond our range. Please refer to the custom and import policies of your country.
I have technical issues with the watch. Whom should I contact? - Please contact us at support@atomtime-watch.com or alternately on Facebook and/or Twitter. We will respond to your questions within 24 hours after your enquiry is submitted.
Returns and RefundsI want to return faulty items in a watch. - Please understand that your satisfaction is our priority! All our watches are thoroughly checked during quality controls.If you are not 100% satisfied, please send your faulty item to our Technical department with a copy of the original receipt, a short description of the issue, contact details and the return address.

Refund Policy - Refunds can be processed only when watches are bought directly from Atomtime.com website within 14 days starting from the purchase date. Refunds are available only if the watches are in re-sellable condition, ie. in the original packaging, unworn/unwashed and complete with any original labels. Shipping costs are paid by the sender.

Can you help me understand the water resistance and ATM? Water resistance is tested in measurements of atmosphere (ATM). Each ATM denotes 10 meters of static water pressure. All our i-Atomic watches have 100 water-resistant ability.
